da Viviana is a delightful 2 storey cottage, ideal
for couples, families or a group of friends, and offers a family
atmosphere with Italian hospitality. It is the perfect place
to get away from the day to day pressures and rest and relax
in tranquil surroundings.
In Tuscan-Emilian Apennine National Park, B&B da
Viviana is located right in the heart of a territory
characteristic for the uncontaminated landscape and breathtaking
views: the surroundings area offers different opportunities
for everyone who loves trekking, horse riding, mountain biking
or free climbing but, due to its central location, the major
cities of Parma, Modena, Bologna, Verona, Lucca, the spectacular
landscape of Cinque Terre or Garda Lake can be visited as day
trips with one-two hour drive.

We are in the region famous for the production of parmigiano-reggiano
cheese and Parma ham. We have made special agreements both
with the local armigiano-reggiano dairy (5' walk from our
house) and with a Producer of Parma ham at Langhirano (Parma)
where you can go - free of charge - and see how these important
local products are made.
For the motorbike and car enthusiasts we are a short drive
to Ferrari, Lamborghini, Ducati Museums and Factory.
For eating out in the evening, we are lucky to have a wide
variety of excellent restaurants in the local vicinity and
we can of course advise you.
